worked great until the last update 3.0.1. This was supposed to fix the bug of the previous update. Nothing now works, can’t access the settings in the app to change anything. Now Rubbish

Version 3 broke everything when streaming from a Mac. 3.0.1 was supposed to fix it. Didn’t.

the app on mac is completely useless now. my ATHOME video streamer won’t connect now. absolute crap and now i feel insecure. thanks for nothing chano

The connection issue has been corrected, but my video from my alarms is corrupt. The stills are fine.

i am streaming with ipad, using mac as camera. iPad cannot read QR code - whenever it sees QR code, it cancels. endless do loop. i will like this app when its fixed.

Use to work on my iMac, now it just sits at “Connecting…” Fix this or people are going to use some other app!

It used to work and now it sits connecting. No connection. CID is always 0. Not working at all.

If you want to make AtHome Video Streamer work on Mac you have to go back to the older version. You will have to download the 3.0.4 version from the ichano website. I’m not sure why the 3.1.0 doesn’t work but it just doesn’t! The older version works perfectly (almost) for me! Good luck...

if you want the older version to work just download from website….i got my camera back! im happy again!

Ap worked great before updating. It has not worked since.

It worked back in august when i needed it, now its useless. It wont scan my qr code.

Since new update app has stopped working! Use to be a great app. Wouldn’t waste time with it now.

App really worked great before updating……Why not fix it or take it off of Apple Apps.

QR code wont scan. App is a bust. Everyone else has same problems.

I had the app for months, the update screwed things up, the version on the App Store is the faulty one. DOWNLOAD FROM WEB SITE! 100% WORKING AND TESTED!
